Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to paid advertisements in the SROMPL Global Exporters Directory, published by SROMPL, operating as Importer.

1. Eligibility

Bookings are open to eligible Manufacturer Exporters and Merchant Exporters from India and overseas.

We may request company and export-related information before accepting a booking. Acceptance does not constitute certification, endorsement or a guarantee of the advertiser's products.

2. Advertisement Formats and Prices

International prices will be provided in the agreed currency.

The accepted quotation will specify advertisement dimensions, placement, benefits, copy entitlement, delivery charges and any digital services.

Category separator advertising does not include category exclusivity unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Booking Confirmation and Payment

An enquiry form submission or verbal discussion does not confirm a booking.

A booking is confirmed after:

• Our written acceptance of the booking.
• Your acceptance of the quotation and applicable policies.
• Receipt of the required payment.

The payment schedule will appear in your quotation. Payments must be made only through officially authorised accounts or payment links.

Discounts, special placements and additional benefits are valid only when confirmed in writing by an authorised representative.

4. Content and Artwork Approval

You are responsible for providing accurate company information, lawful product claims, suitable images and materials you have permission to use.

You authorise us to reproduce approved materials for the booked directory edition and associated services stated in your quotation. Ownership of your materials remains with you.

Final artwork requires written approval. Silence will not be treated as approval. Corrections after approval are subject to production feasibility and any separately agreed charges.

5. Content Deadlines

Your booking confirmation will identify the content, approval and publication milestones.

If information or approval is late, we will contact you before deciding whether the advertisement can be included. Any transfer to another edition requires your agreement.

A website countdown is informational; the confirmed booking schedule remains the reference for your booking.

6. Planned Distribution

The directory's current distribution plan includes:

• More than 4,000 printed copies to importers outside India.
• Approximately 1,000 printed copies within India.
• Digital sharing with 20,000+ importers worldwide.

Distribution and sharing figures do not represent guaranteed readership, engagement or orders. Audiences may overlap.

Any specific distribution commitment in your accepted quotation forms part of your booking. If a material change affects that commitment, we will notify you and agree an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund for the affected service.

7. Business Outcomes

The service provides advertisement space and the agreed publication and distribution activities.

We do not guarantee enquiries, buyer responses, sales, export orders or a financial return. Advertisers remain responsible for their commercial discussions and due diligence.

8. Changes and Publisher Errors

We may make reasonable layout adjustments without materially reducing the agreed advertisement space or benefits.

Material changes to size, placement, publication or agreed benefits require your consent. Publisher errors and omitted advertisements will be handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Cancellations and Policy Changes

Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

The terms accepted at booking apply to that booking. Later policy changes will not retrospectively reduce agreed rights without your consent.
